Should we take this into consideration for our intimate relationships too? Everyone has someone they can lean on outside of their relationships, whether that be a family member, friend, coworker, bartender who ever. Everyone or most people have someone they can go to when things are a bit rocky in their relationships to vent to. However, some use those people more than others. It is said that one shouldn’t talk bad about the affairs of their personal relationships to family and friends because loved ones are always the last to forgive. But still some people feel they need someone to vent to when they cannot sort things out themselves but, is this helpful? Could talking with a loved one about the rocky parts of a relationship sour it, or help make it stronger? Do we really need outside help in our relationships during the rough times?
