Ingredient Checklist:

  • 6 Persian Cucumbers Sliced

  • 1 half white onion, sliced super thin

  • 1 1/2 table spoon of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of dill

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours before eating, it will make its own juice
