Ingredient Checklist

  • 3.5 Inch Mini Cast Iron Skillet

  • 1 zucchini spiralized

  • 3 tablespoons grated parm

  • Dash of Everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 egg

Step 1 - Season you zucchini with a pinch of salt and pepper and set aside, you want the salt to help pull out some of the water from the Zucchini (hour or so)

Step 2 - Then put the zucchini in a siv and press down to get the remaining water out

Step 3 - Place your zucchini in your cast iron and push it down all the way making a little well in the center for your egg

Step 4 - place the pan in a preheated 350degree oven and cook until the white of the egg has set, pull it out at this point and top with the parm - you can put it back in the oven for 30 more seconds to get a good melt on the parm if you want

Step 5 - Remove and top with the everything bagel seasoning and eat away
