When To Let Go of Someone

Written by: Sumeet Manohare @accidental_blogger

One of the hardest decisions you'll ever make is to hold on or to let go of someone or relationship. Especially in relationships, be it a romantic relationship, friendship or any other kind in which you've invested yourself so much. That's where you'll find hardest to stop putting your efforts. Because you don't want to live with regrets later, but holding on too long, that too alone can affect you badly. Your daily life, mental health and even physical health and so many things will get affected too. That's why it's important to know when you need to let go of someone. Here are two situations when it’s time.

1. When You're The Only Trying If you're in a relationship where only you are trying to make things right and putting all you can then soon you will be drained. No matter how much you love someone or value a relationship, loving never means to give it all until you empty yourself.

A relationship or even a friendship requires work from both people involved, it's never a one way thing. So when you feel like you're tiring yourself in trying to work out a relationship, let go. Take a break. 2. When Your Mental Peace Is Disturbed

It's like all the time you're thinking about this person or the relationship. You are always trying to figure out some way to work this relationship out. You always end up spending most of the time from day one focusing on only one person. And by doing this, you affect your own mental peace.

That means you are stressed, overthinking, making assumptions and all kinds of things in your mind that don't make any sense at all. You don't want to feel this way, but you can't help it.

If you find yourself in such a chaotic place right now, you need to change your path. Pick up yourself and walk away from whatever or whoever is messing with your head, you. Just let it go.
