“…being from HOUSTON MF TEXAS this sh*t means EVERYTHING to me!!!!” captioned Thee Stallion in her Instagram announcement of the “Savage” remix featuring the one and only, Beyoncé.
The new single dropped on Wednesday and reached number one on YouTube and Apple Music within a day. “Savage” went from a TikTok sensation to a series of Instagram captions with bars out of this world from both Houston artists…yes I said BOTH! Bey has bars!
In her first release since last summer’s Lion King album, the Lemonade artist held nothing back both rapping and singing on this track. References to TikTok and OnlyFans were made- now flooding the internet. As ecstatic as fans have been since its release, I think no one’s matches that of Thee Stallion herself.
Following its release, Megan got emotional on her Instagram live discussing how proud this would have made her late mother.

Not only does she get to commemorate her mother with this new single, but she gets to give back to her city. All artist proceeds will be going to Bread of Life, Inc. and their covid-19 relief efforts in Houston, Texas. And if that wasn't enough to be proud of, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, announced on Wednesday that both Houston artists will be presented with their own day.
Listen to “Savage” (Remix) now, streaming everywhere.
