On Tuesday, December 1st the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced that Caswell Senior, a.k.a. Casanova, was 1 of 18 members of the "Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation" gang in a 16-count indictment.
The gang members are being charged with numerous acts including racketeering, murder, fraud, narcotics, firearms and more. NY District Attorney Audrey Strauss said in a statement that the gang, "...even engaged in a brazen fraud by exploiting benefits programs meant to provide assistance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic."
17 of the 18 members are now in custody, according to PIX11 news. The FBI reports that they are still looking for the Brooklyn rapper. It was rumored that he may be in the Atlanta, GA area but as of now his whereabouts are unknown.

The Shade Room recently reported that Casanova's specific charges include trafficking crack cocaine, cocaine, and marijuana in and around the New York boroughs. The gang was also allegedly involved in the murder of a 15-year old.
If convicted, Casanova is looking at life in prison with a minimum of 10 years. More details to come.
