Ingredients:
2 Bone-In Pork Chops
1 Apple - Skinned and Cored
1 Packet of The Pantry Club Chipotle Chili Seasoning
1.5 Tablespoons of Honey
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 Cup Chicken Bone Broth
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
Chopped Green Onion or Chives for Garnish
Instructions:
Step 1 - Take the Apple, Chipotle Chili Seasoning, Honey and Olive Oil Place in a blender to combine - Marinate the Chops for minimum of 1 hour in the mixture.
Step 2 - Heat up the canola oil in an oven safe frying pan and sear the chops for 2 minutes on each side, Save the remaining marinade as you will want to cook the onions in it
Step 3 - Remove the chops from the pan and add the onions with the remaining marinade - cook for 5 minutes and then add the Bone Broth
Step 4 - Add The Chops back to the pan
Step 5 - Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, raise the heat to 400 degrees for a final 10 minutes
Step 6 - Remove from oven, Sprinkle with green onions or chives and go to town
