Ingredients:
1 16oz Kosher Salami
1 14oz Yellow Mustard
1 16oz Apricot Preserves
2 TableSpoons of Honey
Instructions:
Crisscross cut your salami but be careful not to go all the way through.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cover your baking sheet with tinfoil as this will get a bit messy
In a bowl mix all the wet ingredients together being careful to break everything down into a smooth sauce
Place your salami in the baking tray, I like to make a little boat with some extra tin foil so that it will stay in place
Coat your salami with the sauce making sure to open it up a bit so that the sauce gets in all of the nooks and crannies
Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then take the excess sauce and coat it again, then finish in the oven for an additional 15 minutes
Eat, more then likely all of it, cause you won’t be able to stop
