It's new music Monday, coming off of a weekend of releases from Megan Thee Stallion, Bryson Tiller, Westside Gunn, and more; but it's looking like 21 Savage and Metro Boomin are taking the cake with Savage Mode II.

The 15-song project dropped on Friday, October 2nd as a sequel to the original Savage Mode EP, which came out back in 2016. According to Hits Daily Double, the highly anticipated album will log the largest weekly total yet for 21, whose best numbers so far were for his album I Am> I Was.

While his sophomore album opened at 131K, Savage Mode II is projected to do 170-195K units of total activity- more than tripling the sales of the original Savage Mode. So far, the predictions are looking accurate with Savage Mode II monopolizing 6 out of 10 spots on Apple music's Global Top 10. Also, 13 out of their 15 songs are listed in the Top 20 of Apple music's Top 100 in the U.S.

The project only features Young Thug, Young Nudy, and Drake. The song featuring Drake, "Mr. Right Now" is sitting at No. 1, shocker, but maybe it's not because he's Drake but rather because of some dating rumors he threw around in the song.

On the track he says he dated R&B singer, SZA in 2008. She hasn't responded or addressed the rumors as of yet but the comment alone is enough to raise some curiosity. Overall, Metro Boomin and 21 Savage are running numbers up with Savage Mode II , respectfully.

Check out Savage Mode II now, available on all platforms.
