Salmon In Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ‘‰2 lb salmon fillet

๐Ÿ‘‰Kosher salt

๐Ÿ‘‰Extra virgin olive oil

๐Ÿ‘‰ยฝ lemon, sliced into rounds

๐Ÿ‘‰Parsley for garnish


For Lemon-Garlic Sauce:

๐Ÿ‘‰Zest of 1 large lemon

๐Ÿ‘‰Juice of 2 lemons

๐Ÿ‘‰3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

๐Ÿ‘‰5 garlic cloves, chopped

๐Ÿ‘‰2 tsp dry oregano

๐Ÿ‘‰1 tsp sweet paprika

๐Ÿ‘‰ยฝ tsp black pepper


Method:

๐Ÿ‘‰Heat the oven for 350 degrees.


๐Ÿ‘‰Mix together the lemon-garlic sauce ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.

๐Ÿ‘‰Give the sauce a good whisk.

๐Ÿ‘‰Now, pat salmon dry and season well on both sides with kosher salt.

๐Ÿ‘‰Place it on the foiled sheet pan.

๐Ÿ‘‰Top with the lemon garlic sauce.

๐Ÿ‘‰Grill it for 20 mins or till itโ€™s cooked.

๐Ÿ‘‰Serve it with some salad and potatoes on the side.
