Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts cubed
1 pack the pantry club sesame garlic seasoning
1 pack the pantry club onion chive seasoning
2 table spoons olive oil
1 Leak cleaned and chopped
1 10oz can of fire roasted tomatoes with green chilies
1 13.75 oz can of whole jumbo artichoke hearts
1 14.5 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 chicken bouillon cube
Favorite brown rice
Instructions:
Step 1 - Marinate the chicken for 1 hour in the seasoning
Step 2 - Brown the Chicken in a cast Iron with the olive oil
Step 3 - Add leaks and cook for 3 minutes
Step 4 - Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer on low for 30 minutes
Step 5 - Enjoy your meal over brown rice or quinoa whatever you have available
