Ingredient Checklist:
1 Bag of Trader Joes Cauliflower Gnocchi
1 Cup Baby Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Grated Parm
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil
Step 1 - Defrost the Bag of Gnocchi
Step 2 - Heat a pan, add the olive oil and pan fry the gnocchi for 3-4 min
Step 3 - Remove the gnocchi and let rest
Step 4 - Add the tomatoes to the hot pan and blister them, as they blister it will begin to make your sauce, at this point you can add a bit of salt and pepper in order to pull some of the moisture out
Step 5 - Add the gnocchi back to the pan to bring it back up to heat
Step 6 - Add in the parm and parsley saving a bit of each to top at the end
Step 7 - Remove From the pan, plate and top with the remaining parm and parsley
