Do you have any siblings? Yes, two brothers and one sister.

YVM: I’m sure you heard it many times, but how did you receive the name BossCee?
BossCee: Since I was a little girl, I was always being bossy. I always wanted to do my own thing and have things my way lol. My name is Celeste, so I put Cee at the end and came up with the name BossCee.
YVM: How would you describe yourself as an artist and what do you want people to take away from your music?
BossCee: I would say I’m very different because my look doesn’t match my sound. You don’t think a girl wearing platform shoes is going to talk some drill talk and then I do and their all like wow lol. But I can switch it up also. I try not to stay in only one lane, I’ve started doing R&B, Pop and even Rock. I’m never boxed in, and I want all my fans to take that from me and my music. Don’t be boxed in do, whatever TF you wanna do even if people laugh or say it isn’t for u!
YVM: Share with us what your latest single “I Gotta Thing is about and what inspire you to write it.
BossCee: “I Gotta Thing” was really supposed to be a freestyle. I was just sitting down writing, and I decided to use that beat because I wanted to get away from drill real quick lol. The Detroit type beat got me hype & I just went crazy and wanting to try something other than drill is what inspired this song and it came out fire!!!
YVM: Are you currently working on any projects that you can discuss with us?
BossCee: Yes, my EP called “PRESSURE” should be dropping late August and I got some fire features so definitely be on the lookout for that.
YVM: Is there anything that you want to mention that we didn’t discuss?
BossCee: Arizona has been showing me SO MUCH LOVE when it comes to my music so I just wanna put that out there.
YVM: What is your social media information?
BossCee: Follow me on IG @_BossCee
