Honey Popovers

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil

  • 1 and 1/4 cup room temp milk (I used 2%)

  • 3/4 Cups ap flour

  • 1/4 Cup corn starch

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup honey


Instructions :

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and grease 2 oven safe 8 oz ramecan’s

Step 2 - Whisk the eggs, oil, milk in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the flour, starch and salt, then gradually combine the 2 bowls

Step 3 - Then fill the ramekin’s two thirds of the way up with the batter

Step 4 - Bake for 25 min, then reduce the heat to 350 and bake for another 15min

Step 5 - Cool for 5 minutes, top with the honey and serve
