HERB MARINATED SALMON

This HERB MARINATED SALMON served with a CORN SALAD is perfect for those easy-going summer days.
What you will need:
3, 4oz Salmon Fillets 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp minced Garlic 1 tsp Italian seasoning 2 tbsp. juice of lemon Salt and Black pepper to taste 1/3 cup Olive oil Frying pan Method: 1. Make the marinade by combining basil, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. 2. Pour over salmon and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. 3. Heat the frying pan and add a little oil. Place salmon on the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
4. Serve and Enjoy.
