Spice up your rainy day with this incredible ginger lentil Dahl curry! 🤤
Recipe below! The perfect warm, healthy comfort food, none of us could resist going in for seconds.. or thirds 😋
Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked brown lentils
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tin of passata
2 bell peppers
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)
1/2 can of coconut cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method:
Chop up the onion, garlic and bell pepper and add to a pan
Fry in soy sauce until all of the components are cooked
Once cooked add the lentils, tinned tomato and passata and stir
Then add all of the spices and allow to simmer for 5 minutes
Lastly, add the coconut cream and mix it all in
Take off heat and enjoy over rice 😋
