Fried Pepperoni Breakfast

Ingredients:
4 pieces of thick cut pepperoni
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning
1 teaspoon chives
Instructions:
Step 1 - Place the pepperoni in the pan on high heat
Step 2 - Don’t drop the egg whites in until the oil starts to pull out of the pepperoni because that is what you are going to use to cook your eggs
Step 3 - Once that occurs, drop in your eggs and cover until the egg whites set
Step 4 - At this point it should slide out of the pan easily - top with the seasoning and chives and have the perfect breakfast
