Fried Pepperoni Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of thick cut pepperoni

  • 4 egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon chives

Instructions:

  • Step 1 - Place the pepperoni in the pan on high heat

  • Step 2 - Don’t drop the egg whites in until the oil starts to pull out of the pepperoni because that is what you are going to use to cook your eggs

  • Step 3 - Once that occurs, drop in your eggs and cover until the egg whites set

  • Step 4 - At this point it should slide out of the pan easily - top with the seasoning and chives and have the perfect breakfast
