2 Oz of Empress Gin
4 Oz of Elderflower Tonic water
1 Oz of lavender syrup
Fresh lavender sprig
Blue pea flower
Fill A long steam cocktail glass with Ice.
Mix the lavender syrup and tonic water together.
Pour it over the ice.
Lastly, pour the empress on the top so that it retains the blue color.
Now add the lavender and Rosemary spring to decorate with an edible blue color flower 🌸
