Elegant Quarantine Pizza Night

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz prosciutto

  • 1 ball of buratta 

  • 8oz shredded mozzarella

  • 1 can of marinated artichoke

  • 4 asparagus cut into inch long pieces

  • 1/4 cup of snap peas shelled

  • 3 tablespoons of good olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 lemon zested

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • I used trader joes pre made dough but feel free to make your own if you would prefer

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions: 

  • In a blender mix the lemon juice, zest garlic and oil for 1 min

  • Flour your surface and roll out the dough 

  • Spread the olive oil and garlic sauce over the dough

  • Get about 2 cups of water boiling on the stove, add a bit of salt and drop in the asparagus and snap peas for 30 seconds, then cool those off in an ice bath

  • Add the shredded mozzarella to the dough and top with the asparagus and the snap peas and artichoke

  • In a 425 degree oven cook the pizza for 12 minutes or until you get the desired crispness you like on pizza

  • While its cooking, tear your prosciutto and buratta into pieces 

  • Pull the pizza top with the prosciutto and buratta, sprinkle with a bit of salt and enjoy and amazing meal
