Back in December of last year, an altercation took place involving the Ohio native and an employee at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Beverly Hills, CA.
According to the reports, the rapper was seen pushing the hotel employee against the wall and then forcing him into a chair after an unapproved picture was taken of DaBaby in the background.
Though the encounter probably didn't even last a full minute, video footage shows DaBaby standing over the employee with two others circling him.
As the employee claims that this was all in the result of DaBaby refusing to take a picture with him, he said that DaBaby wasn't satisfied after he deleted the photo on the spot upon request.
At the time of the incident, DaBaby confirmed that the employee asked for a picture and declined, simply because he was with his daughter. DaBaby also alleged that the employee tried filming him while he was holding his daughter despite him repeatedly asking him to stop.
As a result, DaBaby felt like his daughter's safety was in jeopardy, which is what led to his response.
Fast-forwarding to almost a year later, the employee is now suing the rapper with
accusations of assault, battery, and infliction of emotional distress; Which he is also continuing to seek unspecified damages.
