But when you love buffalo cauliflower + you only have cauliflower gnocchi on hand, you do what ya gotta do to make up some buffalo cauliflower gnocchi bites💥
☼ 1 bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
☼ 2/3 c Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
☼ a pinch of garlic powder
☼ 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
☼ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
☼ 1 tsp salt
☼ 2 tbs white vinegar
☼ 1/4 c butter, melted
☼ dried parsley, for garnish
How To: In a large bowl, begin whisking together your hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, vinegar, and melted butter. Add in your cauliflower gnocchi and stir until everything is well coated. Allow the gnocchi to marinate for 1-2 hours. Air fry at 425° for about 20 minutes, or until crisp. Top with dried parsley + enjoy!
