The nominees for the 2020 BET Hip Hop Awards are in! Set to premiere on October 27th, we'll be celebrating the best in hip hop this past year and these are some of the show's biggest hitters.

Da Baby leads the race with 12 nominations. Some of the categories include, Hip Hop Artist of the Year, Lyricist of the Year, Best Hip Hop Video (twice), Best Collab (twice) and making history with 2 nominations for Hip Hop Album of the Year- for Blame it on Baby and Kirk.

Megan Thee Stallion also beats some of the odds as most of the award nominations consist of all men- and then there's her. With 8 nominations (tying with Drake for the 3rd most nominations), the H-Town Hottie is the only female rapper in the categories for Hip Hop Artist of the Year, Hip Hop Album of the Year, Lyricist of the Year and Best Live Performer.

Thee Stallion isn't the only female rapper giving these men a run for their money. Queen of Da Souf rapper, Mulatto is the only female nominated for Best New Hip Hop Artist. She's nominated alongside Jack Harlow, Flo Milli, NLE Choppa, Pop Smoke and Rod Wave.

Other categories include Best International Flow, Best Duo or Group, Hustler of the Year and more. Congratulations to all the nominees and for more on the 2020 BET Hip Hop Awards, check out BET's @hiphopawards.
