Ingredients:
16 oz lightly salted roasted peanuts
3 tablespoons of Sriracha
3 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese
Chives
Instructions:
Step 1 - lightly toast your peanuts in a cast-iron for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
Step 2 - Mix in the sriracha and make sure all are covered, feel free to add more if you like the extra spice
Step 3 - Place the peanuts in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes - give them a stir after 6 minutes
Step 4 - Remove from the oven and top with the blue cheese right away so you get a little melt
Step 5 - Top with the chives and serve
