Ingredient Checklist:
4 Bone-in Skin On Chicken Leg Quarters
1 Bottle of Trader Joe's Soyaki Sauce
Slow Cooker or Crock Pot
Step 1 - Place the Chicken Legs Skin side down into your slow cooker
Step 2 - Shake up the bottle and pour it in the slow cooker and turn it on low for 4.5 Hours - You want to start skin side down so you can get some really good color on the tops of the chicken for presentation
Step 3 - After 4.5 hours flip the chicken and continue the cooking for another 4.5 hours
Step 4 - Enjoy your dinner and trust me you won’t need any silverware
