Amanda Seales, best known for outspoken opinions both on and off the camera, proudly reveals her decision to not renew her contract with popular daytime talk show The Real.

After becoming a permanent host back in January, Seales finds it best to keep her peace instead of arguing back and forth with her viewers who are questioning her constant attention to black and racial issues.

Seales disclosed during an Instagram Live earlier this week “it doesn’t feel good to my soul to be at a place where I cannot speak to my people the way they need to be spoken to,” Seales also added and addressed the people who were speaking to her in “disparaging" manner, disclosing that they aren't being "correctly handled."

The outspoken actress and comedian confidently explained that she isn't in a place where she can "as a full black woman," have both her voice and her co-worker's voices be heard at the same time as people "at the top." Adding that people aren't respecting the "necessity for black voices to be at the top too.”

She later posted a follow-up statement that her decision to exit the show had nothing to do with her co-hosts.
